#Ad Big hockey dreams are built through practice, #Ad Big hockey dreams are built through practice, effort, and believing in what’s possible.

Hockey is about growth, teamwork, and the moments that shape you as a player and as a teammate.

This season was just the beginning, stay tuned for what’s coming next year.

A weak core creates a sloppy stride on the ice. I A weak core creates a sloppy stride on the ice.

If your skater can’t hold their body stable during a stride, they’re losing power and efficiency every single shift.

Most kids skip the basics and jump straight to more skating. The real fix starts off the ice.

The bear crawl hold is one of the best exercises for building the core stability a skater actually needs.

Once the basic hold is mastered, we progress it by having athletes actively pull their hands toward their feet and their feet toward their hands. Nothing moves, but the tension created forces much higher core engagement.

Hold the position, breathe, and repeat. That’s it.

Do this consistently and you’ll see a more stable, more powerful stride show up on the ice.
