During the 6-Weeks of training, we’re going to improve your, agility, coordination, first 3-steps, power, speed, stability, and core by using age-specific drills and exercises that are geared toward hockey players. Keeping the groups small and less than 6 athletes allows for each player to get the most attention and focus thus resulting in greater improvement. This off-season program is specifically designed for hockey players and the improvements you gain over the 6-Week time frame will have the highest transfer rate to your on-ice game!
