The Martell & Blucke Scholarship Fund was created to support driven and hardworking young hockey players by helping them overcome financial barriers to play, providing opportunities to pursue their hockey dreams, and fostering personal growth to reach their full potential both on and off the ice.

Here's information about the scholarship:

WHO qualifies and WHO is this scholarship meant to help:

13–18-Year-old dedicated, elite hockey players
Family has financial need – Household income less than $150k
Trying out for Top Zone or OKR Hockey Team in age group

WHAT is required from the player to be considered:

Complete the application (will send questions in a separate email)
Have 3 references outside of parents (will be submitted PDF) – Coach, teammate, Teacher, Mentor etc
Submit a video (less than2 mins) application and answer the following 3 questions:
- Who are you and what are your hockey and life goals and aspirations?
- What makes you a good teammate and why should you be considered for this scholarship?
- How would this scholarship help you achieve your hockey and life goals?
